VACUUM SYSTEMS

Sigitaspak's Vacuum devices are capable of getting both pillow bags and "brick-like" bags starting from a block bottom bag. Both devices are integrated into our VFFS machines. Once the bags are made by the bagger, they enter into a Vacuum chamber and then sealed by hot-seal jaws.

The chamber is entirely made of anodized aluminim and stainless steel. The chamber is perfectly sealed with appropriate material ensuring a perfect thigtnes troughout the process and reducing vacuuming time.
