High speed staking / packaging line for biscuits

Sigitaspak has recently commissioned a new HFFS automatic packaging line for biscuits in stacks reaching a capacity of 1650kg/h. The main goal of the customer has been the full automatization of the packaging process together with fast change over operations working with different formats.

The packaging line consists of the following equipment :

- Product channeling plate;

- Rotary stacker for products on the edge lining up;

- By pass retractable end belts and product accumulation;

- Distribution conveyors for splitting the product in 2 lanes/product flows;

- Product urn over segment for rejection of misaligned products; 

- Volumetric loader for stack formation;

- HFFS's loading conveyors with grouping system for slug formation;

- No. 2 high speed Euro HS HFFS flow wrappers;
