SBB 800

The SBB 800 horizontal flow wrapper is the ideal solution to pack long shelf-life products having the compatibility with gas injection (MAP) or flavor spraying. This machine has been designed to satisfy the most exigent requirement in the food industry. Having five independent and high-performing motors, the SBB 800 is able to achieve higher speed up to 100 b/min. Having also a compatibility with 800mm film reel, this flow wrapper is capable of working with big and heavy products and is also indicated for multipacks or large bags or products having different length within the same batch such as cheese and processed meat, etc. and it is compatible also with shrink, cryovac and vacuum films. Several optional accessories can be installed to meet a wide range of customer’s needs, such as IP65 protection and full stainless steel.
